Today, these delicious sushi-in-a-bowl creations haven’t just gone mainstream, the colourful combinations of fresh veggies, rice and raw fish are a genuine global food trend. Method. Put the Tabasco sauce (if using), honey, sesame oil and soy sauce in a bowl and mix well. Put the chicken slices into the bowl, stir well to coat and leave to marinate for 5 minutes.
Remove the skin from the salmon and dice it. Combine with the Kikkoman Poke Sauce and sesame seeds.
